Vortex Crossfire II 2 MOA Solar Green Dot

Description

Vortex Optics is renowned worldwide for its reliable sights offering excellent value for money — and with the updated Vortex Crossfire II 2 MOA Solar Green Dot (CF2-GD2-SLR) The brand once again reinforces that reputation. This reflex sight combines a bright green 2 MOA reticle with solar-assisted power, motion activation and a sophisticated, snag-free housing. Ideal for sport shooting, dynamic shooting and hunters who demand speed and reliability.

Whilst many shooters find it difficult to see a red dot in bright daylight or against green backgrounds, the Crossfire II’s green reticle immediately catches the eye. This allows you to lock onto your target more quickly — whether you’re on the range or in the woods.

What makes this red (green) dot so good:

Thanks to the Car D-TEC technology The Crossfire II Solar automatically switches between solar power and battery power. When there is sufficient light, the solar cell takes over; when it gets dark, it switches seamlessly back to the supplied CR2032 battery. The result: an impressive battery life of up to 150,000 hours. On top of that, motion activation with a 10-minute auto-shut-off Make sure you never waste energy unnecessarily — move your weapon, and the dot will come back on straight away.

The 12 brightness settings (10 daylight + 2 night-vision settings) make this reflex sight suitable for use in virtually any lighting condition. The two lowest settings are night-vision compatible, so when used with a night-vision monocular, the dot remains steady and sharp. The new flush, snag-free buttons prevent the sight from catching on clothing, bags or rails.

The housing is filled with nitrogen and sealed with O-rings, making the Crossfire II completely waterproof, mist-proof and shock-resistant . Anti-reflective coatings on all air-to-glass surfaces ensure maximum light transmission and a clear, high-contrast image.

With a unlimited eye relief you can shoot with both eyes open and quickly take aim at the target — exactly what you want for dynamic shooting or driven hunts. Inside the box you’ll find both a lower 1/3 co-witness mount as a low mount, allowing you to mount the dot sight directly onto any AR platform, carbine, air rifle or shotgun fitted with a Weaver/Picatinny rail.

And, of course, the Crossfire II comes with the renowned Vortex VIP Unconditional Lifetime Warranty — a lifetime, unconditional guarantee on which Vortex has built its reputation.
