Description
The Vortex Pro Cantilever Mount 34mm – 1.54" Height is a sturdy and lightweight mount for rifle scopes with a 34 mm head tube. Thanks to its cantilever design, the rifle scope 2 inches (5.08 cm) moved forwards. This provides extra flexibility when adjusting the interpupillary distance and leaves space on the rail for additional optics and accessories.
The assembly has a centre scope height of 1.54 inches (3.91 cm) and is designed to provide a stable and streamlined optical setup. The modular design of the Pro Cantilever series allows the rifle scope to be combined with accessories such as a offset red dot, night vision or thermal imaging. This leaves space free on the rail for an additional lens.
The Pro Cantilever Mount is made from 6061 aluminium. This provides a combination of strength and relatively low weight. The assembly is finished with a Type II matt, low-reflective black anodisation. The PCM-34-154 weighs approximately 163 grams (5.76 oz).
The assembly is fitted with laser-engraved tightening torques, so that the correct torque settings are available directly on the mount during installation. A torque of 15–18 in-lbs is recommended for the ring bolts and 30 in-lbs for the base bolt.
