Description
The Byrna 7 Rounds Magazine is a spare or additional magazine for .68-calibre Byrna handheld launchers (such as SD, EP, HD, LE, SDXL and HDXL). One magazine now fits seven projectiles instead of five, with no change in appearance or fit.
Key features
-
Capacity: 7 projectiles, two more compared to the standard 5round magazine
-
Dimensions: exactly the same size as the 5-round magazine; it sits neatly flat in the mag-well.
-
Compatibility: suitable for all .68-calibre Byrna pistol models, not compatible with CL (0.61-calibre)
Byrna completely redesigned the magazine (including the follower, body and spring) to fit two extra rounds in the same space. As a result, the bullets are loaded under more pressure than with the 5-round magazine. This can increase the risk of breaking chemical payload rounds in the magazine. Therefore, Byrna recommends using the 7-round variant preferably with solid kinetic or training rounds.

Maintenance & usage tips
-
Maintenance: in case of any jamming or accumulation of powder: rinse the magazine with water and dry it thoroughly. Repeat after 2 to 3 use cycles on training rounds.
-
Consistent loading: for optimum performance, it is important to use only one type of projectile at a time (e.g. kinetic only). Do not mix types in one magazine
