With the Nocpix NITE PRO D50R Nocpix is launching a premium digital day and night sight, marking a significant step forward for the brand in terms of image quality. The NITE PRO is equipped with a brand-new 8K digital detector with a resolution of 8000 × 6000 pixels and a refresh rate of 60 Hz — a sensor that takes digital night vision to a whole new level.

The NITE PRO D50R has been developed for hunters who wish to hunt both during the day and at dusk and at night using a single rifle scope. It is particularly aimed at hunters who hunt medium-sized game — such as foxes and deer — and who require excellent visibility and range at greater distances. High image quality, professional features and a willingness to invest in premium performance: that is exactly where the NITE PRO comes into its own.

The 8K era begins:

The 8000 × 6000 8K detector (1.2 μm pixel size) contains more than four times as many pixels compared to standard 4K sensors. You really notice the difference when you zoom in further: details of the subject are preserved better, meaning features such as antlers, feathers and fur remain more clearly visible. With a refresh rate of 60 Hz the picture remains smooth even during fast movements.

For the optics, Nocpix uses a 50mm F1.25 lens with an advanced multi-layer coating. The large aperture allows maximum light to enter, whilst the coating helps to reduce glare and ghosting. This ensures the image remains bright and colourful for longer as ambient light levels drop. Supported by the Light+ algorithm, as the image processing dynamically adapts to the lighting conditions, this results in an exceptional image — particularly during the critical transition from daylight to twilight.

The NITE PRO has a 3× base magnification and a zoom range of up to 36× — sufficient range for both observation and long-range firing.

Vision+ display for an unrivalled viewing experience:

At the rear is the Vision+ system with a large 1.03-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 2560 × 2560 pixels. According to Nocpix, the screen area is no less than 45% larger than that of standard 0.6-inch displays. Combined with a 60 mm eye relief and a 6 mm exit pupil This provides a spacious and comfortable viewing experience — even when you’re sitting at the viewer for a long time.

Target Sync: measure where you aim:

One notable new feature is Nocpix Target Sync. In this case, the optical axis of the laser rangefinder can be aligned with the crosshairs, so that the measured point and the aiming point coincide. With traditional systems, you first have to measure the target and then locate it again in the crosshairs. With Target Sync, you aim and measure at the same time. The alignment only needs to be calibrated once and remains set thereafter.

The built-in laser rangefinder has a range of up to 1,200 metres and works seamlessly with the ballistic calculation, which can provide aiming points and correction references for various calibres. Quick, accurate and hassle-free.

Built for use in the field:

The full magnesium casing combines a low weight with high structural strength. The NITE PRO D50R weighs, including the battery, 980 grams and has been tested on a recoil energy of up to 7,000 joules. The casing has a IP67 rating and is designed for use at temperatures of -20 to +50 °C.

The controls have also been thoroughly overhauled. With the centrally positioned focus wheel you can focus with a single finger without changing your shooting stance. The redesigned button layout ensures intuitive operation, bringing the experience closer to that of a classic day-use spotting scope. And thanks to the a start-up time of just one second the set is ready for use almost straight away.

A small detail that proves surprisingly practical in the dark: the non-polar battery design. The replaceable 18650 battery can be inserted either way round — so you don’t have to fumble around in the dark trying to find the right orientation. The NITE PRO combines this replaceable 18650 battery with a built-in 3850mAh battery, which together provide a maximum service life of approximately 6 hours.

Built for day and night:

The NITE PRO is designed as a single rifle scope for use throughout the day. During the day, you benefit from the high 8K resolution and natural colour reproduction. As light levels drop, the F1.25 aperture and intelligent image processing ensure that the available light is utilised as effectively as possible. The scope can also automatically switch modes based on ambient light — less manual intervention, more focus on your goal.

As well as viewing and aiming, the NITE PRO features 64GB internal storage and support for audio recording, so you can capture those special moments straight away.
