Not a standard “salesperson”. We are looking for someone who brings content to the shop floor.

The role

As a Field Specialist, you are the point of contact for customers who want more than just a price. You will advise on:

• Air rifles, firearms and accessories
• Optics, ammunition, maintenance and accessories
• Hunting and shooting sports applications in practice

You combine product knowledge with service and make sure every customer walks out the door with confidence.

• Actively advise and sell in shop
• Thinking about product range and presentation
• Support incoming and outgoing goods
• Helping customers with practical and technical questions
• Contributing to the professional image of Barrel & Boar

What are we looking for?

• Available 24-32 hours per week (Fixed days Thursday and Saturday)
• Experience with rifles, firearms, hunting or shooting sports is a big plus
• Diploma in trade in weapons and ammunition is a plus, not a requirement
• You can explain clearly and remain calm when faced with complex questions
• You have passion for the profession and exude it
