SchleTek 2in1 Gun-Tuning is an advanced gun oil based on a combination of PTFE and microfine ceramic particles in an optimal mixing ratio. In the barrel, it seals micro imperfections, grooves and cracks and makes the barrel smooth. In addition, it leaves a protective film like thousands of micro ball bearings, minimising frictional resistance between barrel and bullet, thus increasing precision.
Due to this protective layer, residues do not adhere to and accumulate in the barrel and can usually be removed without any problems with a simple cleaning felt. This applies to the entire firearm: dust and dirt cannot adhere to the surfaces. At the same time, the PTFE ceramic coating acts as an excellent anti-corrosion layer in and on your weapon and is also resistant to salt and fresh water.
SchleTek 2in1 Gun-Tuning is transparent, resin-free, non-greasy and leaves no residue. Even at low temperatures or after long-term storage, it does not clump or harden. There is no need to spray the oil out with a fouling shot, as SchleTek 2in1 Gun-Tuning is not mineral oil-based. Thanks to the wide operating temperature range of -40 °C (-40 °F) to 750 °C (1382 °F), your firearm is perfectly protected at all times, even during intensive use and at higher heat generation, where many conventional gun oils would ignite.
Another advantage, especially for sports shooters, is that 2in1 Gun-Tuning significantly reduces trigger weight and reduces sliding friction in bolt-action rifles.
