First of all, of course we find this very annoying for you, we do everything possible to get items to you undamaged. If one or more items are damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to deliver a replacement item. Go to My Tickets in your account and create a ticket. If you do not have an account, please send a message to [email protected] and include the order number of your order in the subject line. We will contact you as soon as possible.
If you do not like the item(s) you may return them within 14 days. Provided the purchased item is in the same condition as when shipped with confirmation of the price tag and any other labels. The costs of the return shipment are for your own account. In addition, we ask that you reuse the packaging in which you received the item(s) as much as possible. Ordering and shipping
Orders from €99 are delivered free of charge in the Netherlands and Belgium. Below this amount, standard shipping costs of € 5 are charged. We maintain delivery times of 2 to 4 working days (Monday - Saturday).

Have you placed an order but not received a confirmation?
If so, please check your Account first. If you see the order there, it has been placed successfully. If you have not received a confirmation 45 minutes after placing an order and do not see this in your account, please contact Customer Service. And don't worry: if you have been charged, we will refund you automatically.
